As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer success from presales through to post sales and retention. You will work closely with the Sales Team to identify customer use cases, build and deliver customer demos and help guide the customer through to deployment and adoption. You will act as a LiveTiles technical expert and have a strong background in Office 365 and SharePoint so you can address customer queries as they arise.
Wowing our customers with your presentation, technical, work-shopping and customer experience skills
Provide key roadmap feedback to the product development team by representing customer and partner requirements
Be a thought leader with a high level of skill and experience in building solutions in Microsoft Cloud Technologies
Develop long term and successful relationships with LiveTiles customers so they constantly get the most out of the product
Provide robust technical analysis to customers on the strengths and opportunities of using an evergreen product such as LiveTiles to drive solutions
Engage with customers to convey a deep understanding of how and where LiveTiles fits into the Office 365 and Azure product suites
Support the marketing and sales team in their effort to develop and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft and industry leaders and present at industry events
