Vice President of Sales

As the Vice President of Sales, you will be the driver of growth for the leading digital experience platform company. We need a true sales leader and coach to take us to the next level. You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring and managing a growing sales team. . You will act as a LiveTiles technical expert and have a strong background in Office 365 and SharePoint so you can address customer queries as they arise.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales and the customer success teams as a process-driven leader
  • Grow and develop sales team and sales talent
  • Build, manage and deliver sales forecast
  • Continue to develop a thriving culture
  • Design and lead dynamic weekly sales meetings, and other meetings as needed to achieve goals

Requirements

  • 15+ years of technical solutions sales required
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies such as MS Azure, SharePoint, O365, Dynamics CRM, Power BI
  • Proven record of leadership and managing sales organization with global responsibility and establishing long term strategic growth initiatives
  • Willingness to travel
